This 153sqm 1 bedroom  Condo unit in View Talay 6 was originally just a shell unit.

We at Rosegate met with the Greek owner, who explained what he wanted done to turn this unit into a livable good quality holiday condo, we then arranged costings to fit his budget, he then chose his builder based on the costings & advice given by us, & then the project was started at the beginning of March.

We are communicating with the client on a regular weekly basis as he is based in Athens, sending him detailed drawings of fitted furniture & electrical plans etc.

This project is expected to take 2 months to complete, at which time the condo will have 2 bedrooms & a high quality fitted kitchen, wardrobes & a good quality finish throughout

This condo was finished in mid-May 2008 on time, & now has 2 bedrooms as requested by the client, the Greek owner came over for the completion & was totally amazed by the end product, saying: - 

          "It was fantastic, exactly what I wanted, I could not be happier"

We at Rosegate also arranged his telephone & adsl broadband connections, as well as the satelite TV conection, we gave the client exactly what he wanted a total turn key service, saving him any headaches whatsoever.
